RNH Tech Group is a startup that develops futuristic and productive Android apps, web apps, and custom-built software for IT professionals and businesses. Our services may be accessed online through our website, through our mobile applications, or through our offline sales channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Payment and Refunds

Please note that we are not a registered company with the government yet, and your response for requesting our services is not guaranteed to be fulfilled. If your request cannot be fulfilled, your given payment would be refunded. Please note that in order to confirm your project with us, you would need to make a payment of 50% of the total service cost in advance. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of our services. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. However, if you cancel your request after paying the 50% advance fee and the concern is not with RNH Tech Group, your payment will not be refunded.

After paying 50% of the payment for the website or any other plan, the remaining 40% should be transferred within the second week, and the final 10% payment should be made before the handing over the completed project. Upon paying 100% of the payment for the website or any other plan, the domain, email, and website builder would be handed over to you from the respective service provider. After the completion of the project, you would be responsible for recharging the domain, email, and website builder to ensure its continued availability and functionality.

Intellectual Property

RNH Tech Group retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all of our products and services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our products or services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any of our software or mobile applications. 

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RNH Tech Group makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the quality, suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of our products or services. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RNH Tech Group be liable to you or any third-party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

Any images or content provided by the customer should not infringe upon any copyright laws or intellectual property rights. RNH Tech Group will not be held responsible for any legal action taken against such content.
